Let’s get you started, and upload your first resource. To do this, I am assuming that you have already registered as a seller. If you haven’t registered yet, just click here to register your new resource shop.
Step 1 : Log in to your sellers dashboard. Click here to be directed to it. It should look like this when you first login :
Step 2 : Click Resources, which is in the left hand side bar. (See Below)
Step 3 : Click Add Resource, which is in the top right hand corner, just below your shop name. (See Below)
You will now be greeted with the Add New Resource screen.
1 – REQUIRED* Resource Title – Enter A Resource Name.
2 – REQUIRED* Regular Price (£) – Here you will enter the price you want to sell your resource at.
3 – Sale Price (£) – If you enter a price in here (it has to be less than the Regular Price), your item will instantly be on sale, and will have a “Sale” Marker on it throughout the site. Notice the schedule button below this, which will allow you to schedule a sale. This means you can enter a start & end date for your sale, and schedule it in advance.
4 – The File Name – Please change to the Format of your resource (PDF, PPTX, .DOC etc…) Not essential, but looks better to our buyers.
5 – Click this “Choose File” button to upload your resource. This is where you will actually select your resource file. You have a maximum upload size of 50MB. Please contact us if this is not enough and we will review it on a case by case basis.
1 – REQUIRED* – Main Resource Image. This is the main image that buyers will see of your resource in the listings throughout the site and on our partner sites. Your image must be a minimum of 750px X 500px. Please note, we will not be able to approve any resources that do not have a product image. You can make one of these very easily using a free account on canva.com.
2 – REQUIRED* – Resource Image Gallery. This is an image gallery which will show the buyer exactly what they are buying from you. We recommend taking a screenshot of each page of your resource, importing them into a free canva.com account, and adding some watermark text over the top of them. You would then upload each individual image to this product gallery. This way, your buyers can see what they are downloading, but can’t download the image’s for free from the gallery.
